Software, not a content service

Txcc is media-player software. Txcc does not provide, host, bundle, license, resell or endorse third-party media, media services, servers or subscriptions.

Authorized use

Users and partners must possess every right, license and authorization required to access, play, distribute or monetize any media they configure. Txcc must not be used to infringe copyright, bypass access controls or access content without authorization.

Third-party services

Playback may depend on user-configured sources, device capabilities and third-party infrastructure. References to platforms, standards or potential advertising partners describe technical targets or evaluation activity only; they do not imply certification, sponsorship, availability or endorsement.

Player licenses and trials

A Txcc license grants access to specified software features on an eligible device. It does not include any video, channel, playlist, media service or third-party subscription. A trial may be limited to one use per device and remains subject to device eligibility, player version and service availability.

Encrypted playlist pairing

The optional pairing page transfers playlist details to a device selected with its displayed identifier and temporary code. Users must keep the code private, pair only devices they control and use only sources they are authorized to access. A successful encrypted transfer does not verify the legality, availability or security of the external source.

Online payment status

Online checkout is not currently active. Prices, duration, supported payment methods, cancellation terms and any refund rules will be presented before a purchase is offered. A payment-return page alone will never be treated as proof of payment; activation will depend on confirmed transaction status from the selected hosted payment provider.

Potential business integrations

Advertising is not currently active in Txcc. Any future video technology or advertising integration is subject to technical validation, documented rights, privacy controls, platform requirements and approval by the relevant partners.
